To really drive home how great she is, all you need to know is that she helped first-time homebuyers buy in a seller’s market; and helped the same people, now first-time sellers, to sell in a buyer’s market in just three weeks. Both times with zero regrets or remorse. I wouldn’t have changed anything (except, maybe, for our own market timing).
